Problem: To assist their sales team, Cisco needed an updated assessment tool that guided clients through their ‘Internet of Everything’ interactive experience and services. The solution required desktop, tablet and mobile versions.
Methodology: Task Analysis, Experience Architecture, User Flow, User Story, Wireframes.
Solution: After working through the project requirements we developed user stories and use cases to create a user flow. Through many white boarding sessions I developed the experience architecture and generated workflows and wireframes.
Role: UX Design
Results: We successfully delivered the assets to the client for launch and met expectations.
