Problem: TeleTech needed a redesigned responsive site that included collateral from several acquisitions.
Methodology: Stakeholder Interviews, Data Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Personas, Content Audit, Experience Architecture, Taxonomy, User Story, Use Cases, Card Sorts, Site Map, Wireframes.
Solution: I worked alongside a Content Strategist to conduct a content audit, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews. We created personas as we synthesized and organized the information into pillars that told a new brand-story. We restructured the information architect and delivered a site map and wireframe documents with robust annotations.

Results: TeleTech successfully launched their new site that properly showcased their new vision of combined services to compete with Bain & Company, Accenture, and Mckinsey & Co.
