Problem: 2V sought to create the best seamless platform for content creators to deliver 2nd screen information to complement an audience’s primary experience. I joined this early stage startup to refine the product concept, design the platform and define the product roadmap.
Methodology: Business strategy, usability test plans, ethnographic research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual design, product roadmap.
Solution: Through continuous iteration of the lean startup method; build, measure, and learn, we crafted a well-received user experience.
Role: Product Designer
Results: In a very crowded 2nd screen platform space, competing with Amazon's X-ray platform, we launched our product but struggled to gain market shares. 2V has dissolved, and the product is currently on hiatus.
